A new single barrel plug catcher is ready to ship to our good client from Australia, here is details as below:
The trash / plug catcher is required with 3 1/16-in. 10,000-psi main flow path with dual pots and filter screens for uninterrupted operation. 3-1/16” manual gate valves are required in the main flow path and on the bypass. The bypass is designed to maintain flow when the filter is no longer required.
A two inch flushing line header is provided with stainless steel 9/16” autoclave lines to the bottom of the trash catcher pots to fill and flush the pots with water to displace any oil or gas including H2S. Stainless steel 9/16” autoclave lines are provided from the top of each vessel to a 2” discharge header to bleed off pressure as well as collect and route the displaced fluids to a flare or flare pit. The accumulated debris is recovered by removing the screens.
