Swivel Joint

Swivel Joints provided by CCSC are are made from low alloy steel (AISI 4130) and specially heat treated in order to control heardness to qualified according to NACE MR 0175.

Swivel Joints are divided into long and short radius, long sweep swivel joint can minimize fluid resistance and has better performance in corrosion resistance, and short radius swivel joints are required where the space is limited.

All union ends are interchangeable with other manufacturers who adhere to industry standards, such as FMC, SPM, etc. All long sweep swivel joints - caustic acid joints have union ends with corresponding pressure ratings
Swivel joints for H2S service have grommets to ensure high load carrying capacity
These swivel joints are available in a double-pack arrangement. A primary seal with a stainless steel anti-squeeze ring and an additional o-ring between the spherical seal and the primary seal is provided as a secondary seal. When a leak occurs, it is diverted through the leak detection port. A leak in this port indicates the need for a primary seal replacement
The grease retainer is self-removing to prevent pressure build-up in the ball race chamber in the event of a leak through the secondary packing
